Download a PDF for email, or publish a web invoice and copy its link into Messages, WhatsApp or email. Your client does not need an account to view the link.

Before your first invoice

Do I need an account?

The online workspace requires sign-in to keep your invoices together. Your clients do not need to sign in to open a private invoice link. Local invoice creation and PDF export in the iPhone app remain account-free.

Can I see the result before signing in?

Yes. Open our fictional example invoice to see the actual hosted invoice layout. It contains no customer information.

Is it free?

The online workspace is free during introductory access, with no card required. Read what is included and what is planned. Card processing, when enabled, has separate provider fees.

Are my invoices public?

Drafts are not public. A published private link can be opened by anyone who has it, so share it only with the intended recipient. You can revoke access later.

Can I work offline?

The iPhone app can create local invoices and export PDFs offline. Publishing, the web workspace and online payments require an internet connection.
